Health Conterns

CRCID focuses on two major sectors of development, Health Concerns and Literacy & Education. Our projects are segregated into two areas so that focus can be strengthened, making club efforts the most effective.

    Past Rotary International President Wilf Wilkinson has opened a CRCID sponsored child development care centre.



  • TRACC
    Taking Rotary Assistance to Communities & Children

    The TRACC program provides assistance to HIV/AIDS orphans and affected adults by collaborating training for agricultural farming, carpentry, auto, tailoring and hairdressing. The program also ensures that the children in the program are given a volunteer guardian (Community member) to offer them guidance and support.

    Rotary Club of Summerland, D5060

    The Rift Valley provides the delivery of durable 10,000 litre concrete tanks that catch run off water from the roof of each family home. Each tank is constructed by women in the communities and is a sustainable way to solve drought issues.
